I left this course with much more than I expected. I loved the perfect combination of practical work and the warm, supportive atmosphere. It was exactly the context I needed: dedicated time to work applied on my business, concrete examples from other industries, real stories—sometimes so familiar they made me nod in recognition.

Participating in the workshop was a valuable experience due to the practical applicability of the information presented. I especially appreciated the balanced approach between strategic concepts and practical exercises, which facilitated a better understanding of the models discussed.

The July Strategy Day pulled me out of vacation mode and back into business in a relaxed way. I reconnected with colleagues from the incubator and met new entrepreneurs—all with similar challenges, which made the exchange of ideas valuable. There was a good balance between individual and group work using real examples. I think most people left with at least one clear new idea 😀.

I had heard about the concept of Cash Cow before. But at this workshop I actually understood what it is, and especially that this cash cow exists in my business too, but it was a bit underfed. In other words, I had an aha moment: Feed the cow! Also, this workshop helped me step back a bit from my business and see it more broadly, and realize where some opportunities are that I otherwise wouldn't have been able to see. Highly recommend!
