Welcome to Bravva Female Founders. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website or participating in our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

Bravva Female Founders provides educational programs, workshops, retreats, and community events for women entrepreneurs, including but not limited to:

  • Incubator de Încredere (long-format program)

  • Atelier de Încredere (workshop)

  • Strategy Day

  • Systemic Coaching sessions

  • Wild Wisdom Retreat

  • Ginger Night (community events)

  • Mastermind Breakfast sessions

3. Registration and Participation

3.1 Eligibility

Our programs are designed for women entrepreneurs with at least 25% ownership in a business with potential to scale. Specific eligibility requirements may vary by program.

3.2 Registration

  • Registration is required for all programs and events

  • Payment must be received in full before participation unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed upon in writing

  • Places are confirmed only upon receipt of payment

  • Registration is non-transferable without prior written consent

3.3 Participant Responsibilities

Participants agree to:

  • Provide accurate information during registration

  • Attend all scheduled sessions for programs they enroll in

  • Respect the confidentiality of other participants

  • Engage constructively and respectfully with facilitators and fellow participants

  • Comply with venue rules and regulations

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) plus VAT unless otherwise stated

  • Prices are subject to change without notice

  • Current pricing is available on our website and in program materials

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment via bank transfer and other methods as communicated during registration.

4.3 Invoicing

Official invoices will be issued by BRAVVA CAPITAL SRL and sent to the email address provided during registration.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Cancellation by Participant

  • Long-format programs (Incubator de Încredere): Cancellations made more than 30 days before the program start date are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds for cancellations made less than 30 days before start date.

  • Workshops and retreats (2-3 days): Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds for cancellations made less than 14 days before the event.

  • Single-day programs: Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event.

  • Community events: Free events require cancellation notification at least 24 hours in advance.

5.2 Cancellation by Bravva Female Founders

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any program or event due to insufficient enrollment, facilitator illness, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases:

  • Participants will be offered the option to transfer to an alternative date or program

  • If no suitable alternative is available, a full refund will be provided

  • We are not liable for any additional costs incurred by participants (travel, accommodation, etc.)

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership

All content, materials, methodologies, and intellectual property provided during programs remain the property of BRAVVA CAPITAL SRL and its facilitators.

6.2 Usage Rights

Participants may:

  • Use materials provided for personal learning and application in their own businesses

  • NOT reproduce, distribute, or sell any materials without written permission

  • NOT record sessions (audio or video) without explicit permission

6.3 Participant Content

By participating in our programs, you grant Bravva Female Founders the right to use anonymized insights and feedback for program improvement and marketing purposes.

7. Photography and Marketing

7.1 Photo/Video Usage

By participating in our programs and events, you consent to being photographed or filmed for:

  • Documentation purposes

  • Marketing and promotional materials

  • Social media content

  • Website content

7.2 Opt-Out

If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform us in writing at monica@bravva.ro before the event.

8. Confidentiality

8.1 Participant Confidentiality

Information shared by participants during programs is confidential. All participants agree to:

  • Not disclose personal or business information shared by other participants

  • Maintain confidentiality of all discussions, exercises, and group work

  • Not share identifying details about other participants without their consent

8.2 Bravva Confidentiality

We will not share your personal information with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to deliver our services (e.g., venue providers, payment processors).

9. Liability and Disclaimer

9.1 Educational Nature

Our programs provide education, coaching, and facilitation. Results depend on individual application and effort. We make no guarantees regarding business outcomes or financial results.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

BRAVVA CAPITAL SRL and its facilitators are not liable for:

  • Business decisions made by participants

  • Financial losses or gains resulting from program participation

  • Personal injury or property damage except where caused by our negligence

  • Indirect, consequential, or special damages

9.3 Maximum Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from program participation shall not exceed the amount paid by the participant for that specific program.

9.4 Health and Wellbeing

Some programs involve physical activities, outdoor experiences, or intensive emotional work. Participants are responsible for:

  • Assessing their own fitness and suitability for program activities

  • Disclosing any medical conditions that may affect participation

  • Taking care of their own physical and mental wellbeing

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Pandemics or public health emergencies

  • War, terrorism, or civil unrest

  • Government restrictions or regulations

  • Venue unavailability

11. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to:

  • Treat all participants, facilitators, and staff with respect

  • Create a safe, inclusive environment for all

  • Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior

  • Not attend under the influence of alcohol or drugs

We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates our code of conduct, without refund.

12. Data Protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Romanian and EU data protection laws (GDPR). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

13. Changes to Programs

We reserve the right to:

  • Make reasonable changes to program content, schedule, or facilitators

  • Substitute facilitators when necessary

  • Change venues with reasonable notice

Material changes will be communicated to registered participants as soon as possible.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Romanian courts.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any program-specific terms communicated during registration, constitute the entire agreement between you and BRAVVA CAPITAL SRL.
