Community Gathering

COMMUNITY EVENT

April 29 14:30 - 18:30 Urban Hub Pta Romana 2

Faciliators: Ilinca Paun Monica Aliman

Twice a year, we bring the BFF community together—across formats, contexts, and stages.
The Community Gathering is a seasonal moment of reconnection for women who have been part of our ecosystem, whether through free or paid events. It’s an invitation to step out of work mode and into relationship, conversation, and shared presence.

Each gathering is designed to take you out of the loop of your own thinking and place you in a room with women who run businesses, make decisions, and face similar pressures.

We do Networking, in a way that produces immediate value. In “Help me, Sisters!” every participant brings one real challenge and works on it with a small group, receiving focused input, fresh perspectives, and relevant recommendations from the tribe.

‍ We are joined by Andreea Timofte, founder of subtoculusii.ro for an insightful dialogue about decisions inside a business that is currently growing in a complex and uncertain context, the trade-offs of scaling, and how she relates to fear in the process.

‍ You will also see how we, as facilitators, work directly on a few challenges from the room, offering both a business consultancy perspective and a coaching perspective, so you can notice how different approaches shape decisions and outcomes.

‍ By the end, you leave with a sense of belonging, ideas you can act on, and connections with women you can continue working with.

We close with a cocktail offered by us and time for informal conversations that often deepen what started during the session.

‍ ‍Community contribution: 200 lei / person
We ask for a contribution to support the gathering and ensures commitment and presence from everyone in the room.

‍ You are welcome to invite another fabulous female entrepreneur, introduce her to the community, and bring her perspective into the room. Her seat is on us!

‍ This is not about learning more. It’s about seeing each other, expanding the circle, and remembering that none of us are building in isolation.
