This event is a structured live-online group coaching session where you work on your business in real time, together with others.

THE REAL PROBLEM

Most founders don’t lack ideas or effort.
What slows them down is something less visible: delayed decisions, unclear priorities, and constant adjustment of direction.

You might recognize this in yourself. You’re doing the work, you’re showing up, but things don’t move as clearly or as consistently as they could. Your offer may still feel slightly blurred, your direction keeps shifting, or you find yourself revisiting the same questions without fully deciding.

This doesn’t happen because you don’t know enough.
It happens because you don’t have a space where thinking is taken all the way to decision.

WHAT HAPPENS IN THIS SESSION

In these 2 hours, you will:

• bring a real business situation into the room

• hear how others think through similar challenges

• get your assumptions questioned

The goal is to arrive at at least one decision you’ve been postponing and to see more clearly what actually matters next.

SPECIAL GUEST

Each session includes a guest founder who joins the process, not as a speaker, but as a contributor to the work.

THE THEME

The focus of this session is: Mission, money, and compromise

Together, we will look at where “mission” becomes a comfortable story instead of a clear decision, what compromises are necessary in building a business and which ones slowly cost you more than you expect, and how to define a version of your business that is both meaningful and economically sustainable.

WHAT THIS SESSION LEADS INTO

This demo session is the entry point into our 3-month Group Coaching Online program.

The program offers a structured space where a small group of founders works consistently on their businesses, session by session, and in peer pods between sessions. The focus is on making decisions, following through, and using both coaching and peer thinking to move forward in a more deliberate way.

Participation is completely free, but places are intentionally limited. The first 14 to fill in the form, will take part in the Demo Group.

You will receive a confirmation email on 30th March, with the Zoom link. We recommend blocking 1st of April 4:30-6:30 pm in your calendar, anyway.
