We all operate within systems—our businesses, our families, our partnerships, our teams. These systems have dynamics, patterns, and an order we don't always see.

When we're unaware of these dynamics, we react. We push against invisible forces. We repeat patterns without understanding why.

Deep trust comes from allowing life

When we become aware, everything shifts. We see reality as it is. We gain new interpretations that welcome success and happiness. We move from reaction to response.

This is the work of systemic coaching—making the invisible visible so you can move forward with clarity and trust.

The Practice

We work in a group, creating a safe container for exploration. Through physical and symbolic representation, we map the parts and dynamics of your system—whether that's your business, your team, your relationships, or your internal patterns.

The body holds information the mind doesn't always have access to. By representing elements of your system physically in space, we collect insights through embodied awareness.

The Principles

Systemic work is guided by four core principles

Exchange - The flow of giving and receiving

Belong - Understanding your place in the system

Order - Recognizing what came before

Destiny - Accepting what is

The Process

Throughout the session, we work together and debrief collectively. This isn't individual therapy—the group's presence and witnessing is part of what makes the work powerful. We facilitate integration so insights don't just land intellectually but shift something real.

To achieve awareness of reality as it is, and to rewrite reactive patterns into conscious responses.

The Objective

This work is for you if...

  • You sense patterns repeating in your business or leadership but can't name what they are

  • You feel blocked or stuck despite doing all the "right" things

  • You're navigating complex team dynamics or partnership challenges

  • You want to understand your role and place within the systems you're part of

  • You're ready to see what you haven't been able to see before

  • You value experiential work over conceptual discussion

This is deep work. Not everyone is ready for it. But if you're feeling the pull, trust that.

THE METHODOLOGY

Systemic constellation work was first brought into family therapy by Bert Hellinger in the 1980s and has since evolved into a transformative methodology used for individuals, families, and organizations worldwide.

Our work as facilitators began with Ria Verlinden in 2023. Since then, we've held multiple events co-facilitated with Ria and other trainers from Romania, Belgium, and the Netherlands.

We use this methodology as a foundation for our programs because it creates efficient, long-lasting transformation. This isn't about quick fixes—it's about fundamental shifts in how you see and move through your systems.

I describe myself as an explorer, with a drive to create experiences with a direct impact in people's lives. My core expertise is the services business. I work in consultancy, management, venture capital, education, training & coaching. I served as CEO for Colliers International, as board member for several companies and business coach at EA.

I founded Bravva, an initiative to support gender diversity in entrepreneurship and venture capital. Based on the huge gender gap I created a mission for myself to help amazing women grow their companies – whether through angel financing, consultancy or educational programs.

I love to learn about new things and without fully realizing, that's what I've done throughout my life. So, it makes sense that after 30 years of Sales, Marketing & Advertising in many industries, after becoming an entrepreneur (co-founder of Pain Plaisir) being a coach for individuals and teams of students at EA, I joined this new adventure - Bravva Female Founders.

The impact of thousands of female founders that are connected to their roots and are willing to grow their businesses with courage and flow, will transform for the better the entrepreneurial ecosystems they are part of. And this is a dream I want to be part of.

I've worked in the corporate system for 20 years and I've been an entrepreneur for more than 8 years. Along this journey, I've learned that I am one—daughter, sister, wife, mother, manager, entrepreneur, coach, leader—and that I am at my best when I can bring all of me into what I do and what I create.

Entrepreneur at heart with extensive corporate experience, I am co-founder of Bravva Female Founders and support as facilitator and coach women growing themselves in business and life.
