THE EXPERIENCE ▸
We explore nature, have working sessions, eat together and work again, from dusk till dawn. Expect a full program, and full presence required for making the best out of the experience.

THE PLACE
Casa Lila—Where free spirits gather
Casa Lila is the guest house of the Colți Pottery School, a space created to bring you closer to the attractions of the Buzău Mountains and to offer you an oasis of relaxation and inspiration.
Located in Valea Boului, Casa Lila is halfway between the Aluniș Cave Settlements and the Colți Amber Museum, two of the most important attractions in the area. The backyard communicates directly with the dense forest specific to the Buzău Mountains, in the heart of the Buzău Land, a UNESCO Geopark.
Built from natural materials (wood, stone, basalt wool, ceramic tiles, etc.) in the traditional Wallachian style, respecting all the principles of ecological construction. The house is a 2 hour and 15 minute drive from Bucharest.
Casa Lila is managed by locals and represents an important source of income for the local community. Your stay here contributes directly to the well-being of the community and the continuation of the Colți Pottery School's projects.

Evelyne is a seasoned coach and facilitator specialized in leadership and organizational development with background as HR director and extensive experience in international settings. She offers systemic coaching, training, and consulting services tailored to leaders, teams, and coaches.
With Untamed Presence, she offers leadership development workshops and programmes specifically designed for women. Her approach is deeply influenced by ancient wisdom, rituals, and inspiration drawn from South Africa, aiming to liberate life energy within organizations, teams, and leaders.
Ilinca Păun
Ilinca is an entrepreneur, systemic coach and co-founder of Bravva Female Founder, a platform for education for business aligned with the heart, body and mind. As a consultant, she combines business training with personal development, supporting women to build courage and inner trust, balance and wisdom.
A lover of nature, she climbed Kilimanjaro and Atlas mountain peaks, tracking Patagonia and sailed over seas, exploring adventures across the world. A frequent visitor of African countries and traditions, she uses rituals and African wisdom to connect with what is in us already—the mother earth vitality and the celestial tree of knowledge.
