Growing a business brings new questions

Not always urgent.

But important.

Not always visible in the day-to-day. But impossible to ignore in the long run.

How do I scale from here—and what exactly should I grow? What role do I want to play next—and how do I build a team that works without me? What do I need to learn to make this shift successfully?

These aren't questions you can answer between meetings. They require dedicated time, expert frameworks, and the right room.

One day. Four critical areas.

A woman standing in front of a whiteboard, pointing at the board with her right hand. The whiteboard has various notes, diagrams, and sketches, including the words 'Child,' 'Cash Cow,' and a star. The room has a gray and green checkered carpet floor and a blue office chair behind the woman.

Scaling and choosing what to grow

Understanding your options and making strategic choices about where to focus your energy.

Products, Clients, Markets

Mapping what works, what's next, and where the real opportunity lies.

Team and your role as founder

Defining what you want to do—and building a team that can function independently.

Entrepreneurial mindset

The mental shifts required to grow sustainably without burning out.

The Experience

HOW IT WORKS

This is applied learning. You'll work on your actual business throughout the day—not generic case studies. We combine proven frameworks with real examples from various industries, guided discussion, and peer exchange.

A classroom or conference room with a group of women seated around a large table, a woman in a blue top and beige skirt standing near the middle, facing the women, with a whiteboard and a monitor at the front of the room, and geometric diagrams on the whiteboard.

You'll leave with:

  • A clear growth map for your business

  • Specific next steps you can implement immediately

  • Practical tools for making strategic decisions

  • Connection with other female founders facing similar questions

The atmosphere: Warm, supportive, and focused. A mix of structured learning and space to think.

This day is for you if...

  • You're a female entrepreneur ready to move from reactive to strategic

  • Your business is working, but you know the next phase requires different thinking

  • You need time away from urgent tasks to focus on important direction

  • You want practical frameworks, not theory

  • You value learning alongside other women facing similar growth challenges

Ilinca Păun

I describe myself as an explorer, with a drive to create experiences with a direct impact in people's lives. My core expertise is the services business. I work in consultancy, management, venture capital, education, training & coaching. I served as CEO for Colliers International, as board member for several companies and business coach at EA.

I founded Bravva, an initiative to support gender diversity in entrepreneurship and venture capital. Based on the huge gender gap I created a mission for myself to help amazing women grow their companies – whether through angel financing, consultancy or educational programs.

I love to learn about new things and without fully realizing, that's what I've done throughout my life. So, it makes sense that after 30 years of Sales, Marketing & Advertising in many industries, after becoming an entrepreneur (co-founder of Pain Plaisir) being a coach for individuals and teams of students at EA, I joined this new adventure - Bravva Female Founders.

The impact of thousands of female founders that are connected to their roots and are willing to grow their businesses with courage and flow, will transform for the better the entrepreneurial ecosystems they are part of. And this is a dream I want to be part of.

Cristina Pateșan

I've worked in the corporate system for 20 years and I've been an entrepreneur for more than 8 years. Along this journey, I've learned that I am one—daughter, sister, wife, mother, manager, entrepreneur, coach, leader—and that I am at my best when I can bring all of me into what I do and what I create.

Entrepreneur at heart with extensive corporate experience, I am co-founder of Bravva Female Founders and support as facilitator and coach women growing themselves in business and life.
