2 DAY PROGRAM

Atelier de încredere

Two days to reconnect with yourself and reimagine your business

A powerful 16-hour workshop where female entrepreneurs step away from the daily hustle to gain clarity, rediscover their courage, and build a path forward that honors both who they are and what they're building.

The Challenge

You're building something meaningful. But something feels off.

You're making progress. Checking boxes. Moving forward. But there's a tension you can't quite name—between the business you're building and the person you want to be while building it. Between growth and balance. Between ambition and authenticity.

You know there's a better way. You just haven't had the space to find it.

What is "Atelier de încredere"

What is "Atelier de încredere"

TWO INTENSIVE DAYS DESIGNED DIFFERENTLY

This isn't a networking event. It's not a seminar where you take notes and leave. Atelier de Încredere is an immersive experience where 15-20 female entrepreneurs come together to do the real work—the inner work that creates outer transformation.

Over 16 hours across two full days, you'll move through a carefully designed journey combining:

Group coaching to unlock new perspectives on your biggest challenges

Systemic work to understand the invisible patterns shaping your business

Breakthrough sessions to identify and overcome the saboteurs holding you back

Positive intelligence practices to build mental fitness for sustainable success

Strategy development to translate insights into action

This is where methodology meets intuition.

Where the intelligence of the group meets the wisdom of something larger. Where you stop performing and start integrating.

The Experience

Day 1 Focus:

Morning:

Group coaching and opening—setting the container for transformation

Midday:

Deep work on saboteurs, obstacles, and what's really in your way

Afternoon:

Systemic work—understanding the larger patterns at play

Evening:

Integration and connection

Two women sitting at a wooden table in a cozy, wood-paneled room, engaged in conversation. The table is set with bowls, a plate of assorted fruits, cups, and a small flower arrangement. One woman has curly blonde hair, wearing a denim jacket, and appears to be speaking.

Day 2 Focus:

Morning:

Positive intelligence—building the mental fitness for what's next

Midday:

Growth strategy—turning insight into actionable direction

Afternoon:

Mastermind problem-solving with your cohort

Evening:

Practice, integration, and stepping into your power

Four women sitting around a wooden table in a cozy, rustic interior, enjoying coffee and snacks, with plates of fruit and chocolates, engaged in conversation.

What makes this different:

You won't sit through presentations. You'll be in the work—reflecting, exploring, discovering. The facilitators don't lecture; they guide. Your fellow participants aren't passive audience members; they're your mirrors, your supporters, your thinking partners.

This
workshop
is for you if...

You have a strong desire to develop your business in a balanced way, integrating who you are as a human being into your growth plan

You're searching for resources and perspectives beyond traditional business advice

You want to belong to a community where you can learn, grow, and feel appreciated for your courage—not just your results

You're ready to look at what's really holding you back, not just what's on your to-do list

You value depth over speed, and transformation over information

This is NOT for you if: You're looking for tactical business hacks, quick fixes, or surface-level networking. This work requires presence, vulnerability, and a willingness to go deeper.

LED BY FOUNDERS WHO WALK THE TALK

These aren't consultants who theorize. They're practitioners who've built businesses, faced their own obstacles, and done the inner work they'll guide you through.

Ilinca Păun

I describe myself as an explorer, with a drive to create experiences with a direct impact in people's lives. My core expertise is the services business. I work in consultancy, management, venture capital, education, training & coaching. I served as CEO for Colliers International, as board member for several companies and business coach at EA.

I founded Bravva, an initiative to support gender diversity in entrepreneurship and venture capital. Based on the huge gender gap I created a mission for myself to help amazing women grow their companies – whether through angel financing, consultancy or educational programs.

I love to learn about new things and without fully realizing, that's what I've done throughout my life. So, it makes sense that after 30 years of Sales, Marketing & Advertising in many industries, after becoming an entrepreneur (co-founder of Pain Plaisir) being a coach for individuals and teams of students at EA, I joined this new adventure - Bravva Female Founders.

The impact of thousands of female founders that are connected to their roots and are willing to grow their businesses with courage and flow, will transform for the better the entrepreneurial ecosystems they are part of. And this is a dream I want to be part of.

Cristina Pateșan

I've worked in the corporate system for 20 years and I've been an entrepreneur for more than 8 years. Along this journey, I've learned that I am one—daughter, sister, wife, mother, manager, entrepreneur, coach, leader—and that I am at my best when I can bring all of me into what I do and what I create.

Entrepreneur at heart with extensive corporate experience, I am co-founder of Bravva Female Founders and support as facilitator and coach women growing themselves in business and life.
