One of my conclusions is that, regardless of the level of maturity we are at, each of us has something to offer and something to receive — and the safe space of the Incubator was able to contain and generate sincere exchanges, without judgment.

I learned new techniques that I will use for a long time to come. A mindset shift happened at some point and I feel like I've moved to another level together with you. And I am very grateful for that. A level both personal and professional.

What you do differently in the Incubator de Incredere is that you also address the unseen part of the iceberg, the deep and heavy one, which many are not comfortable exploring even alone. To create a space of absolute safety and support and to be able to provide uncomplicated and non-judgmental mirrors - that is truly an art.

Being a sole founder, I often feel the need to draw inspiration from other entrepreneurs and consult with other female entrepreneurs who understand, from within, the challenges I face. The group I was part of was valuable through the connections created and through everyone's contributions.

The experience is much more than learning: It's about having the courage to look at yourself. It's about the clarity to understand your patterns. It's about the joy and amazement to share with other women entrepreneurs.

The incubator gave me confidence, self-discovery, and a way to turn learning into real progress – it showed me that growth is possible when you combine reflection, support, and action.
